Warranty
Most items have a one year warranty. Hoses, inflations and rubber goods are not covered by warranty unless they have a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase and the claim is made within 5 days of purchasing. Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return an item for any reason (refund, exchange or warranty), first contact returns@onlinedairysupply.com. Returns for refund or exchange must be received within 30 days and have a copy of the original invoice or receipt. (If you can’t find your receipt, email us and we will fax or email you a copy)
Exchanges
Exchanges: If you simply ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will generally exchange returnable items new and unused in original packaging without a restock fee. Customer must pay all shipping charges. (see the list below for items that may not be returned or exchanged). You must have an RMA for an exchange. Email first returns@onlinedairysupply.com
Returns for Refund
Many items are not returnable because they are used in food production or animal health (Outlined below). Original shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Because we do not honor returns after 30 days, it is important that you open your package as soon as it arrives. Missing items must be reported to Customer Service mail at returns@onlinedairysupply.com (7) days. All returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
The following items are NOT Returnable;
- Milk handling Equipment
- Milk processing Equipment
- Milking Equipment (parts that are designed for milk contact)
- Closeout and Clearance items
- Animal Health items
- Milk Filters
- Detergents and cleaning supplies
- Any sealed container that has been opened
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Returns must have the following or you WILL NOT be issued a refund:
- RA number. You must email returns@onlinedairysupply.com get a return authorization number
- Copy of original invoice, receipt or packing slip from Onlinedairysupply.com
- A note as to why you are returning the item. (ordered wrong item, defective item, sold farm..)
Refund
If you want to return an item for a refund, we will issue a refund within 30 days less a restock fee. Restock fees are 10% of purchase price with a $10 minimum.
Damages & Shortages
Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Onlinedairysupply.com disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
